Dammam Maritime & Cultural District
A SAR 2.5 billion, multi-phase waterfront destination on the King Abdullah Cultural Centre site, comprising five precincts: superyacht shipyard and maintenance basin, free-zone light industrial park, auditorium and arena district, waterfront residential quarter and marina, and a mixed-use commercial hub. Delivered through a JV with Al-Khaldi Developments over three phased horizons.

Riyadh Active District
A 150,000 sqm mixed-use urban district anchored by a flexible 6,000-seat indoor arena, ICC-standard cricket oval, World Rugby-standard multi-sports facilities, luxury residential, boutique and athlete-centred hotels, an international school campus, and activated retail and public realm. Designed with HETA Architects in the Khuzam suburb of Riyadh.
